The Cost

There are a number different costs involved to setup and maintain an e-commerce website. These costs can be quite minimal depending on your situation. Here we provide a list of all the components required for a fully functional e-commerce site.

1. Design a website
You will need a website designed that allows customers to easily purchase products and allow you to easily update product lists and stock levels. Must have a shopping cart and be able to accept payments and issue order confirmations. Price from $895.

2. Get a merchant account
Do you already have an account that accepts credit card payments at your store? If you do then we can hook it up to the web. If you don't and you want to accept credit card payments, then you will need one. Prices vary, normally there is a once off fee, transaction fees at about 5% of the purchase cost and a monthly account fee. You can get a merchant account from your bank or use a payment gateway provider such as World Pay. If you don't want to accept credit card payments, then direct deposit or PayPal is a cheaper alternative.

3. Host the site
We will host your website for as little as $3.95/month.

4. Product Delivery
We recommend using a safe and reliable delivery service. Usually your customer will pay the shipping costs.
